Since God created this ministry through Brother Harrell, He has taken it from preaching on the streets of North Central Florida, to the Navajo Nation, Costa Rica, the Philippines, Mexico, and Granada. Brother Harrell and Lolita are currently ministering in the Philippines on the Island of Palawan.

- New Refuge House as a place of worship, of praise in the earth to our Father, where the name of our Lord Jesus is lifted up
